Terms of Service

1. Access Protocol

By accessing the Workspace Africa Operating System (the "Platform"), you agree to abide by these terms. The Platform acts as an intermediary layer between Digital Nomads ("Users") and Physical Infrastructure Nodes ("Partners").

2. Membership & Payments

Access is granted via active subscription or day pass. All payments are processed securely via Paystack. Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle commences, except in cases of proven service failure by a Partner Node.

3. Code of Conduct

Users must respect the local rules of each Partner Node (e.g., quiet zones, meeting room policies). Workspace Africa reserves the right to revoke the Access Token of any user found violating community standards without refund.

4. Liability Limitation

Workspace Africa validates the connectivity and status of Partner Nodes but is not liable for temporary infrastructure failures (e.g., city-wide power outages, ISP downtime) at the physical location.

5. Account Security

Your Access Token (QR/Numeric) is non-transferable. Sharing your token with non-members will result in immediate account termination.
