Privacy Protocol

1. Data Collection

We collect only the essential data required to facilitate access: Name, Email Address, and Payment History. We do not track your physical location outside of active Check-in events at Partner Nodes.

2. Data Usage

Your Check-in data is used solely to: (a) Validate your entry permissions, (b) Calculate payouts for Partner Nodes, and (c) Provide you with personal usage analytics.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Limited data (Name, Plan Status) is shared with Partner Nodes solely at the moment of Check-in for verification purposes.

4. Security

All user data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols. Payment details are handled exclusively by Paystack; Workspace Africa does not store credit card information.
